Privacy notice
Draft notice · pending confirmation of the data controller and retention policy.
What we collect
Your professional name, institution, chamber, mobile number and email address; your consent time, registration source and referral information; your Gut Check responses; and pass/check-in and email delivery records.
Why we collect it
To register you for the summit, save your scientific engagement progress, issue and deliver your QR entry pass, verify your identity when you retrieve your pass, and manage venue entry and event-related scientific communication.
Who can access it
Authorised event administrators and desk staff can access information needed for their role. Scanner staff see only the information needed to validate entry. Transactional email providers process your email address and invitation on our behalf. Service-provider agreements and controller details are pending confirmation.
Your entry pass
The QR contains a random token rather than your name, mobile or email. Treat it as a personal entry credential and avoid sharing it. Verification codes expire after ten minutes.
Retention and your choices
Retention period pending client confirmation. You may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion through the event organiser. Contact details: Helpline to be confirmed. Withdrawing consent may affect your ability to attend.
Cookies and security
Essential, HttpOnly session cookies keep you signed in. We use server-side validation, access controls and rate limits. Production registration uses a bot-protection service. Anonymous aggregate counters record the registration funnel, without visitor identifiers. No advertising or third-party analytics cookies are enabled by default.
